Junctional Bradycardia

Pathophysiology

• Cardiac rhythms arise from atrioventricular junction, with heart rate of <60 bpm

Presentation

• Usually asymptomatic

ECG

• P wave in lead II: inverted / absent
• Regular rhythm
• Narrow QRS complex
• Ventricular rate 45 – 60 bpm
